Jadon, Cole, and Carter welcome you!

Welcome to Jadon, Cole, and Carter's blog. Well, considering they can't type, it is really Mommy and Daddy's blog, but since the primary subjects of almost every conversation are the three boys, we'll say it is theirs. We look forward to sharing the many every day happenings and fun snapshots we experience as life goes on here in our little world. Hopefully we'll even become skilled enough to get some video clips up eventually. Enjoy!

Lights, camera, slide!

Yesterday Jadon and Cole had the exciting opportunity to film the opening sequence and promo for a new children's program (Koo Koo Ree Koo) that will be airing on a brand new station (Jewish Life TV) in a few months. A friend of ours is producing the show and was kind enough to invite us to participate. The boys had a BLAST and Arnie took some great pictures! Below you see all the kids on a bridge at the park along with some puppets that will be in the show. Cole is standing up right in the middle and Jadon is directly to the right as you look at the picture.

Jadon and Cole get some brotherly camera time on the slide.

All the kids piled up on the slide for this great shot with the puppets. Jadon is on the front right and Cole is right behind him.

This is a scene from the promo. The boys are supposed to look like little business men on their way to work! Jadon is in the lead car with one of our friend's sons. Cole is right behind them in the middle car fiddling with his over sized sunglasses. Make not of the minivan on the right. It will be pertinent for the next frame.

This is a picture of a very disappointed Cole still in his sunglasses giving his seat in the car up to another little boy. This car was key in the shot because it had a license plate on it the read "Koo Koo Ree Koo" and it was the only car that was required to move for the shot. Let's just say that after Cole nearly wiped out the aforementioned van, the director decided to let a more skilled driver shoot the scene. Poor Cole spent the rest of the time pacing up and down the sidewalk half in tears because he LOVED being in that car!

Despite the near miss car accident, we had a great time. It was a long tiring day, which only got longer as we had to leave virtually straight from their to go out to L.A. for an audition for a job that would actually pay money...can you say college tuition x 3? We'll keep you posted and let you know when Jadon and Cole make their television debut on Koo Koo Ree Koo!

Yes, I check the blog on a near daily basis. At least Cole didn't end up like Eddie Griffin, he'd be crying a lot more...
